VectorScribe's proprietary laser lithography platform combines digital light modulation with photomechanically responsive materials to enable programmable, maskless fabrication of custom optical microstructures. By directly translating digital designs into physical structures, our process eliminates the need for photomasks and chemical development, allowing microstructures to be fabricated in real time.

Microstructures are fabricated on polymer thin films supported by glass substrates and can be immediately replicated into materials such as PDMS or UV-curable resins for rapid evaluation and application development. Our current fabrication capabilities achieve feature resolutions of 800 nm laterally (XY) and 2 nm vertically (Z).

Through a fully vertically integrated workflow, from material preparation and film fabrication to laser writing and replication, VectorScribe can deliver finished prototypes in as little as two days, enabling rapid design iteration and accelerated product development.
