Flexible Fabrication Options
VectorScribe uses photomechanical media and digital polarization optics to write transverse features 700 nm - 10 µm, and from 10 nm up to 1 µm in height.
Digital optics enables rapid turnaround of arrayed, chirped, and/or variable orientation gratings, among others.
Available substrates: polymer on glass, PDMS, OrmoStamp, flexible polymer film
Surface area up to 25 mm x 25 mm
Metallic overcoating available
With no minimum order required, VectorScribe is ideal for prototyping, R & D, or any application needing a master surface structure. Contact us to see how we can print your JPG image, diffractive optical element, etch mask or other design.
