Flexible Fabrication Options

VectorScribe uses photomechanical media and digital polarization optics to write transverse features 700 nm - 10 µm, and from 10 nm up to 1 µm in height.

Digital optics enables rapid turnaround of arrayed, chirped, and/or variable orientation gratings, among others.

  • Available substrates: polymer on glass, PDMS, OrmoStamp, flexible polymer film

  • Surface area up to 25 mm x 25 mm

  • Metallic overcoating available
